  1. Stop Comparing with Others!

Yes, we all living in competition and it’s nothing wrong until you are starting to think yourself that you’re not better than your co-worker, friend, or someone who is close to you. This kind of habit can lower your self-esteem and reason for depression as well. So how can we prevent it? Start focus on yourself! and set-up a plan(even it’s small ) and concentrate on how you’re going to achieve that goal! With this positive thinking eventually, your belief of competitive with others will turn to sail together toward your goal with friends, co-workers, and anybody!

2. I need to become a perfect person!

People who are suffering from imposter syndrome most likely have an inner belief that regardless of their situation they need to be perfect a person. For example, if you’re given a task to finish or projects sometimes you may not complete it for some reason, and yet you believe yourself because of your lack of skills and intelligence (although reasons can be various). Well, don’t hesitate to reach out for help! It’s not a shame when you reach out to others if you can’t do it by yourself. In fact, working together will speed up your tasks(or projects) and brings more positive energy since you are able to finish it before the deadline!
